Restoring the gardens and estate of this 100-year old Summit Avenue mansion was a blend of old and new. A reflecting pool had been covered with soil and sod for decades but was brought back to life by Southview Design landscape designers. Working with the Minnesota Historical Society, they brought it back to what it looked like in the early 1900's.
