Operating at full capacity according to Minnesota's Stay Safe Plan

COVID-19 Update

We are now operating at full capacity. Our staff and crews are continuing to follow safe practices outlined in Minnesota's Stay Safe Plan and the Emergency Executive Order 20-81 requiring Minnesotans to wear a face covering in certain settings.

The safety of Southview staff, clients, and business partners is our primary concern. This means all Southview associates are:

  • Wearing masks or face coverings in all public indoor spaces.
  • Maintaining proper social distancing of at least six feet.
  • Regularly washing and sanitizing hands.
  • Staying home at the first sign of illness.

In the field we are taking the following precautions:

  • Vehicle and equipment surfaces are damp wiped with sanitizer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Crew members are avoiding any personal contact with clients or the public at large.
  • Crew members are not allowed to enter any client’s home or facility.
  • Masks are required inside company vehicles whenever there is more than one person present.
  • Workers must also wear face coverings outdoors when it is not possible to maintain social distancing.

In the office, social distancing continues to be a priority.

  • Our team is working from home as much as possible.
  • Workspaces, including common areas, are sanitized at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Zoom is still the preferred meeting method, even in the office.
  • Zoom video meetings with prospective clients are continuing. When there are meetings in the office, face coverings and masks are required. When possible, meetings are held in the larger conference room for better distancing.

We trust you are all taking steps to remain safe and healthy. As always, we appreciate the trust and confidence you've placed in us. Please let us know if you have any questions.
