Summary

Goal: To produce the highest level of quality work in an efficient manner-per job.

The Crew Supervisor is responsible for overall quality and efficiency of work performed by their crew. The Candidate should be very organized and excel at time management. Candidate should be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensures all work is done in a quality manner on site
  • Ensures Crews perform each job at desired efficiency or better
  • Communicates any issues on site with the Enhancement Manager
  • Completes all required paperwork
  • Ensures equipment is clean and organized on a regular basis
  • Ensures regular maintenance is performed on all equipment on their crew
  • Communicates with Clients as needed-when on site
  • Must be able to take direction and be flexible
  • Follows all policies and procedures that pertain to job requirements
  • As well as other required/incidental activities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture (preferred), or Associate’s degree in Horticulture or related fields (preferred).

Experience

Experience in Landscape Installation a plus. Be able to consistently communicate in an efficient and effective manner on the telephone or in person. Complete required paperwork daily.
