Summary

Responsible for overall management and oversight of each property within their portfolio including quality control. Sell additional work equaling 75% of their portfolio base.


Responsibilities

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, loyal Client relationships, which lead to 100% renewals of each property, within your portfolio
  • Visit sites weekly, prior to Crews arrival to create “task list” of service items to be completed during visit- ‘task list’ to be created and given to each crew prior to them departing for the morning
  • Monitors and gives feedback to Crews to ensure Client’s expectations are being executed
  • Ensures quality work is being performed on site weekly
  • Have regular communication with Clients-they should never have questions about service on their property, ensure contract is being executed
  • Be proficient in understanding landscape plans and plant healthcare
  • Proactively present proposals to correct deficiencies as well as to enhance Client’s property
  • Set-Up all Clients in computer system and bill Clients accordingly
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead to solve customer problems or concerns. Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed, ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong relationships with production personnel to ensure that customer service and production teams are coordinated on serving customers
  • Adheres to all workplace safety standards and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

Degree in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.

Experience

Be able to operate a computer and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Be able to consistently communicate in an efficient and effective manner on the telephone or in person. Complete required paperwork daily. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Driver’s License required.
