Our Industry-Leading Warranty

Plant Material Warranty

All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 12 months from installation, excluding sod, seeding, annuals, and groundcovers.

Brick Paving/Hardscape Warranty

All materials, excluding poured concrete, are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 36 months from installation. Southview Design’s warranty does not include discoloration of concrete-based materials.

Poured Concrete Warranty

All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 12 months from installation.

Irrigation Warranty

All materials are guaranteed 2 years from installation, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance.

Water Feature Warranty

All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance.

Landscape Lighting Warranty

All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation.

Subcontract Warranty

All materials and labor are guaranteed by the subcontractor under the specific subcontractor’s warranty for the service provided.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Warranties will commence based on the invoice date to the customer, unless otherwise stated on the signed copy of your warranty. If you have a concern about your project, just call customer service at (651) 203-3000. Or send us a message. You will be contacted within 24 hours to determine the proper course of action.
