Paver driveways age with elegance and grace – no facelifts needed here
The number one stress on outdoor surfaces isn’t cars, SUVs, footsteps, or the sun. It’s the annual cycle of freezing and thawing which causes the earth to swell and contract, and concrete to buckle and crack. Even stamped concrete succumbs to this annual trial, leaving unsightly spiderwebs and mismatched patches.
Pavers (whether they are concrete, brick, stone, or permeable) all weather the freeze-thaw cycle with grace. In the unlikely event that an individual paver breaks, you can always replace it, leaving its neighbors undisturbed. If, over time, this driveway shifts and becomes uneven, the structure can easily be repaired by removing individual pavers, re-leveling, and then reinstalling the same pavers. Simple. Easy. No mud-jacking, jack hammering, or ugly patching necessary.
