Sarah graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Horticulture and minor in Landscape Architecture in 2019. Originally, she wanted to be a doctor. However, her grandmother had award-winning gardens. Sarah worked for hours digging in the dirt and learning about plants from her grandmother. As a result, she has a passion for creating new landscapes.
She interned at Southview Design in the summer of 2017. But in 2018, she decided to take herself out of her Midwest comfort zone and meet the challenge of a new place, new people, and another plant palette in Arizona. She succeeded in adapting to another climate but her heart is in Minnesota.
Sarah joined Southview Design as a Design Associate in 2019. It didn’t take long for her to make her mark in design/build. In 2021, her new role is Landscape Care Representative.
