Promotions

Jose Chavez, Operations Manager

Jose

Jose enjoys working with his hands. A great day starts with a good nights rest and waking up refreshed, setting achievable goals, accomplishing them, and winding down with music and delicious food.

Miguel Serrata, Project Manager

Miguel

Miguel started in the industry over 20 years ago cutting grass and worked his way up to project management. Off-seasons are spent in his native Mexico, overseeing his farm and enjoying horseback rides.

Nick Weber, Business Manager

Nick

A good day for Nick is when he is contributing as much as he can to his team and Southview Design. He's a Burnsville High School graduate with 17 years of industry experience. In his free time he plays golf and trains his dogs.

New Team Members

Justin Gilbertson, Landscape Care Representative

Justin

Justin is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a turf and soil science degree and over a decade of experience in the green industry. A good day for Justin involves coffee, sushi, biking, and grilling.

Wille Ojala, Project Manager

Wille

Born in Gherden, Germany, and raised in Finland, Wille has lived in five countries and five states. A good day for Wille is when everybody has a smile on their face, regardless of hurdles or challenges. A good attitude goes a long way!

Sam Stolt, Project Manager

Sam

Sam is a green industry "old-timer" with over 30 years of experience and a degree from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. Born and raised in Minnesota, his hobbies include golfing, fishing, and cooking on the Traeger grill.

2024 Interns

Southview Design's internship program is a launchpad for young professionals in the green industry. This year, we're welcoming three outstanding students to our program.

Claire McIntyre, Intern

Claire

Although she's still a student, Claire already has 5 years' experience in the industry. She's been preparing for a career in the green industry since high school. A student at Brigham Young University, she loves nature, ice skating, playing guitar and feeling accomplished.

Sara Holman, Intern

Sara

A student at North Dakota State University majoring in Horticulture Landscape Management, Sara loves being outside, creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for people to enjoy. Her first job in the industry was as groundskeeper of the NDSU Research Arboretum. She enjoys hiking, knitting, playing tennis, and coffee with friends. A good day for Sara is fresh air, good music, and playtime with her dog, Marla.

Abigail Kreutz, Intern

Abbie

Abigail is an ABBA fan (huge) and a student at Brigham Young University majoring in Plant and Landscape Systems. She has always loved being outdoors and "all things green and groovy." Born in Utah, she has lived most of her live in Texas. Her favorite hobbies are roller skating, hiking, camping, gardening, and dancing with her husband and best friend, Jake.
