This suburban estate home in Wayzata, MN is perched high on a hill overlooking Lake Minnetonka. The homeowners had to have a way of getting to the lakeshore.
A switchback path is an easy walk to the beach house, which provides a convenient place to hang out without having to run up and down the hill for things you forgot.
Before: Steep hillside slopes down to Lake Minnetonka.
