Passing boaters can’t help admiring this luxurious John Kraemer & Sons home on Lake Minnetonka. This modern shoreline landscape design complements the sophisticated architecture and transforms the rugged property into a serene and verdant setting. Glacial boulder walls control the grade and create comfortable gathering spaces. Minimalist concrete steps connect the house and the water. Stormwater was redirected away from the lake into dry wells. Waves from wind and passing boats crash into tons of rip rap – rock that protects the shoreline from erosion.
The luxurious outdoor living space for this new lakeside home includes a spectacular swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, massive retaining walls, and shoreline construction.
